The second (expanded) meeting of the ninth Executive Director was held

On August 16, Changde Poetry Society held the second Executive Director (expanded) meeting of the ninth session in the big conference room on the fifth floor of the city's Lao Gan Activity Center。

The meeting was attended by 54 executive directors, invited directors and member representatives。

Poetry Society Executive Vice president and secretary general, Party branch secretary Liu Jingping presided over the meeting。

Zhou Yunlai, president of the Poetry Society, made a careful summary of the work since the change of the current society。He said that the work of the Poetry Society presented "eight highlights" and "six benefits".。Eight highlights, that is, there are many and good online journals;The activities of collecting wind are rich and colorful;Be proactive and strive for excellence;Excellent works emerge one after another;Participate in the competition fruitful;The number of members continues to grow;Full and perfect organizational structure;The management system has been gradually improved。Six benefits, that is, benefit from the solid foundation of previous learning;Benefit from the care and love of superior leaders;Benefit from the high attention of the relevant departments directly under the city;Benefit from the initiative of the county (city) poetry organization;Benefit from the active support of our members;Thanks to the selfless dedication of the resident staff。

PI Guofan, vice president and legal representative of the Poetry Society, read out the Commendation Notice on 2023 Advanced Individuals in Poetry Work, awarded Tang Yunying and 29 other comrades as advanced individuals in poetry work in Changde City, and awarded honorary plaques。

President Zhou Yunlai deployed the election work and introduced the situation of Gong Tianbao, the tenth president of Changde Poetry Society。

Reviewed and passed the resolution of the Standing Council of Changde Poetry Society on the early change of the term of the Poetry Society (draft)。

Executive Vice President and Secretary General, Party branch secretary Liu Jingping introduced and explained Lou Dehua, the recommended candidate for the 10th session of Changde Poetry Society, and proposed to the Standing Council for approval。

Finally, Comrade Gong Tianbao, the candidate to be recommended by the 10th president, delivered a passionate speech。
